Due to the customised nature of our products and services, no refunds will be issued once a project has commenced.
Project Commencement
A project is considered to have commenced once any of the following has taken place:
- Design work has begun
- Artwork has been created or edited
- Printing or production has started
- Client approval has been received to proceed
Non-Refundable Services
All payments made for the following are strictly non-refundable once the project has commenced:
- Graphic design services
- Custom printing and production
- Branding and signage work
- Any personalised or made-to-order products
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, designs, and specifications before production begins. BrandMe Marketing & Branding will not be held liable for errors approved by the client prior to printing.
Cancellations Before Commencement
If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a refund may be considered at management’s discretion, minus any administrative or consultation fees.
Quality Assurance
While refunds are not provided once work has begun, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, we will assess the situation and may offer a reprint or correction where applicable.
